The Virtual Day on the Hill 2021 will begin on Tuesday, 23 February 2021 on the Zoom at 2:00 pm EST. The National Legislative Office and the National Legislative Committee will host a briefing on our legislative agenda at that time that will last approximately one hour.
The weeks of 22 February and 1 March are Congressional Work Periods and both chambers are scheduled to be in session. The National Legislative Committee, led by Chairman Bob Cherry, will work with the State Legislative contacts in each of our State Lodges to help arrange virtual meetings or conference calls with their Members of Congress over the course of these two weeks.
REMEMBER: The FOP's Day on the Hill event is a key component of our legislative advocacy strategy and our Grassroots Action Network. Connecting with your elected representatives, even in a virtual setting, has a real and lasting impact on the FOP's ability to move its agenda through Congress. We face a challenging political climate on Capitol Hill and we need your help!
