For a state lodge, enter 0ST in the Lodge # field. For a federal lodge, enter 01F in the Lodge # field. If the Lodge # field is left empty, you will receive a listing of all lodges matching the other search criteria that you have selected. If you know the state where the lodge is located, select the state from the drop-down menu. If the State field is left empty, you will receive a listing of all lodges matching the other search criteria that you have selected. If you know the name of the lodge (or part of the name of the lodge) you are looking for, enter the name into the Lodge Name field. If the Lodge Name field is left empty, you will receive a listing of all lodges matching the other search criteria that you have selected. If you know the city where the lodge is located, enter the city in the City field.
