Online Cancellation and Return Policy
Orders may only be cancelled within 72 hours of the order being placed, provided that the order has not already been transmitted to merchant/vendor or if the item has already been shipped. All returns for refund after the purchased items are received must be within ninety (90) days of the purchase and must be accompanied by the order number and receipt. All returns will be processed within twenty-one (21) days of the return of the purchased item. Unless a claim is made for damaged or defective items, all returned items must be in new condition when received by the FOP. No refunds will be issued after ninety (90) days from the date the purchased item is received by the purchaser.
All claims for defective or damaged items will be processed through the merchant/vendor and must be made to the FOP within twenty-one (21) days of receipt of the purchased items or they shall be deemed waived unless the merchant/vendor has a written warranty covering the purchased items. In the case of books, video tapes, DVDs, and software products, all claims for defective or damaged items must be made to the FOP within five (5) days of receipt of the purchased items or they shall be deemed waived unless the merchant/vendor has a written warranty covering the purchased items.
Registration for Special Events, items purchased at events, and dated materials may be subject to different return and refund policies. Those policies will be disclosed at the time of sale or registration if different than this policy.
All warranty claims shall be made directly to the entity issuing the warranty. THE FOP MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY ITEM PURCHASED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.
